Joey and Marianne Neal are both multi-instrumentalists who play various genres of music, but their focus is on traditional Appalachian string band and bluegrass music. Marianne originally played the bass fiddle and later switched over to clawhammer style banjo.

Mary Ann was a member of the acclaimed Metropolitan Opera Orchestra for 26 years and currently substitutes with seven orchestras in four southern states, including the Rock Hill Symphony.
Frank Archer, organist/pianist and choral conductor is Professor Emeritus of Fine Arts and at Hampden-Sydney College and served 21 years at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Ridgewood, NJ.

Melanie Beam O'Neal holds a B. of Music Education from Winthrop University. She has taught music at the RH District Day School, Westminster Catawba and served as church pianist at Oakland Baptist in Rock Hill.
Barbara Beam, also a Winthrop graduate with a M. Music Ed. degree, taught in the RH School System and served as organist at Oakland Baptist Church for 32 years.

Dr. Franklin is Professor Emeritus of Music at Winthrop University, a founding member of the Rock Hill Symphony Orchestra, and currently serves on the Board of Directors as well as a violist with the orchestra.
Dr. Franklin and Mary Ann Helton form the duo called With Strings Attached and have performed together for the past 15 years .
Five outstanding local organists performed for the Rock Hill Music Club at our yearly organ recital in February. This year, we celebrated the 75th anniversary of the Charlotte Guild of Organists.
